Hanging out with the Rehab Gang

Here is a pic of the Seals lounging for the night. To protect the boaters, the city build special docks for the seals. There were hundreds of them. Too bad it was night and I could not get a better photo.

We spent a couple of nights out on the town. We rode the trolley down to Pier 39 and ate dinner at a wonderful Italian restaurant. You could hear the seal even inside the restaurant.

I had to hold on for dear life as we sped through the streets of San Francisco. The Trolley stopped long enough to snap this shot.

Everyone gathered for the final speaker and I took one last photo and gave many hugs.

ARN Conference

In Oct 2008, I attended the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses Annual Conference. I presented a poster regarding Patient & Family Education for survivors of Traumatic Brain Injuries. It was great experience and I received so much positive feedback from my colleagues. I was recently invited to write an article based on the poster in the Rehabilitation Journal, which is circulated nationally.
